Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Your item will arrive on the first day of your rental period. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking link by email no later than the day before your rental begins. Please make sure you are at your delivery address to receive your rental. Signature may be required upon delivery.
Returns
We include a free returns label. Instructions on how to return a rental item will be provided in your booking email confirmation. Please use the original packaging the rental order arrived in and ensure all rentals are returned on the final date of the rental period.
Items must be posted back by 12pm on the final day of your rental period.
If your return date falls on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, please return your item by 12pm the following working day.

Alterations
To ensure a flawless fit or bespoke changes, we work exclusively with our alterations partner. Your journey may begin with a virtual consultation, followed by a private fitting in our boutique where precise measurements are taken and any adjustments assessed. You’ll receive a tailored quote, and timeline.
You have the option for a final fitting in store to ensure every detail is perfect.
Cleaning & Care
All rental pieces are professionally cleaned and meticulously cared for between each us which may include using our partner sustainable dry cleaners, to uphold the highest standards of garment care - ensuring each piece looks its best while minimising environmental impact.
