Delivery, Returns & Rental Instructions
Delivery:
- Your item will arrive on the first day of your rental period
- You can also choose to collect your rental item from the store
While the item is with you:
- Please handle with care – we ask that you do not wash or alter it
- Don’t worry about cleaning before you return it – we’ll handle that
Returns:
- Attach the prepaid returns label
- Use the original packaging to return and ensure any complimentary items and protective packaging are also returned
- Drop off at any Royal Mail location
- Must be returned by 12pm on your final rental day
- Returns made in person to our store must be received on your final rental day
If anything goes wrong (e.g. arrives damaged, arrives late, you damage, delays in return), contact us ASAP at support@thebridaledition.co.uk
Cleaning & Care
All rental pieces are professionally cleaned and meticulously cared for between each use which may include using our partner sustainable dry cleaners, to uphold the highest standards of garment care, ensuring each piece looks its best while minimising environmental impact.
